Very bad and unprofessional service.
They used the same towel for shampooing without changing it. The staff were smoking, and after smoking they did not wash their hands before cutting my hair. Their hands smelled bad, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.
They also overcharged me. The price board clearly says 1700 yen for a men’s haircut, but I was charged 2300 yen. When I asked the reason, they told me that 1700 yen is only for Nepalese customers, and other nationalities have to pay more. This was not mentioned anywhere on the price board.
This is misleading, unfair, and feels discriminatory. If prices are different, they should clearly mention it on the board. Overall, a very poor experience. I do not recommend this place.
